This class is designed to build and keep a strong foundation in a yoga practice. We will progress through a sequence of foundational yoga postures as well as break down postures for correct alignment and purpose. Each class will be set to a theme for inspiration.  Whether new and curious about yoga or a seasoned vet looking to polish the fundamentals, this class will leave you feeling strong, open, focused, and mindful.

Chakra Power Vinyasa Flow 

1209 South Pacific Coast Highway, Redondo Beach

This class is a power vinyasa flow sequence to focus on one chakra each week. wse’ll be working on each chakra with yoga postures to open our energy centers and allow prana to flow through the body freely. The class may also utilize essential oils to assist in the opening and balancing. You will create a relationship with your chakras, and become comfortable with the idea of controlling your energy levels. 

Vinyasa Flow (All Levels)

(As explained on soulfitnessla.com) Learn the foundation of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a dynamic yoga style that links the movement with the breath as you flow through sequence of Sun Salutations and postures.
We’ll be focusing alignment & technique as we flow. Some poses are modified to fit the level of the students.
 
Learn ways to increases strength and endurance.  This class will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Vinyasa classes are best if you want to be physically active, enjoy basic yoga postures, and appreciate sweating a little.
Benefits: Proper alignment, learn how to build internal heat, increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.
